JaenanTok — Terms of Service

Acceptance

By using JaenanTok, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.

What JaenanTok Does

  • Offline Mesh: BLE mesh networking — no internet, no server
  • E2E Encrypted: Noise Protocol XX for direct messages
  • SOS Rescue: One-tap emergency alert with GPS
  • Multi-hop Relay: Messages hop through nearby devices

JaenanTok does NOT guarantee message delivery. BLE range is ~10-100m. Always use official emergency services (112, 119) for life-threatening situations.

Rules

You agree not to:

  • Send threatening, harassing, or illegal content
  • Impersonate others or send false emergency alerts
  • Exploit or disrupt the mesh network
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose

Content Moderation

The app includes keyword filtering, user blocking, and message reporting. Since there is no server, we cannot actively monitor messages.

Provided "as is" without warranties. JimmyLabs is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use this app, including communication failures during emergencies.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
