Teleb — End User License Agreement

JimmyLabs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Teleb for personal or internal business purposes, subject to this Agreement and all applicable laws.

• This license is personal to you and may not be transferred or assigned
• You may use Teleb only on devices that you own or control
• Where you obtained the app from an app store, that store’s own terms also apply to your license

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the app, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it
• Redistribute: Copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the app
• Modify: Alter, modify, or create derivative works of the app
• Remove Notices: Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice
• Circumvent Limits: Defeat the file type or file size limits, which exist because the channel cannot carry more

• Teleb, including its source code, protocol, design, and functionality, is owned by JimmyLabs and is licensed, not sold
• You have no ownership rights in the app beyond the limited license granted here
• You retain all rights to the files you transfer. We claim no interest in them, and never receive them

Teleb includes third-party open-source components, which remain subject to their own licenses. Those licenses are listed in the app under the standard Flutter licence page.

Teleb uses published, standard cryptography — X25519, XChaCha20-Poly1305, Argon2id, HKDF and BLAKE2b — to encrypt every transfer end to end. It contains no proprietary or non-standard cryptography. The app is classified as mass market under ECCN 5D992.c.

You are responsible for complying with any export or import restriction that applies where you use the app.

TELEB IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

• No Warranty of Results: We do not guarantee that any given transfer will complete, or complete within any particular time
• No Warranty of Quality: We do not warrant that the app is error-free
• User Responsibility: You use Teleb at your own risk

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• JimmyLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• JimmyLabs shall not be liable for lost or corrupted data, or for a transfer that did not arrive
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app

• This license terminates automatically if you breach this Agreement
• You may terminate it at any time by deleting the app
• On termination you must cease all use of the app. Files already transferred are yours and are unaffected

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
